Inspired by the Parable of the Lost Sheep found in Luke 15:1-7 and Matthew 18:12-14, this 8-10 page children’s book tells the story of a sheep who wanders away and feels lost, unaware that her shepherd has been watching over her all along. The illustrations use bright color, simplified shapes, and playful landscapes of hills and mountains featuring simple shapes representing things such as, flowers, grass, and trees, inspired by the style of Mary Blair. The project emphasizes visual storytelling, emotional warmth, and fun, approachable design for young readers.
